Technology - Sweet & Sour pork (with rice)

Talofa lava, Today I went to Tamaki college for technology. This time my buddy was Helena. We made sweet and sour pork. The first thing we did was put our stuff away and put an apron on. The things we used was to cook the food was: A frying pan, A wooden spoon and two knives. The ingredients we needed and used were: Onion, Carrots, Pork, Ginger, Sew Genie, Spice sauce, Broccoli, Curry powder, Rice and cucumber. The second thing was to Slice the onion, Diagonally slice the carrots, slice the pork, one teaspoon of ginger/garlic, SLice and dice the Sew Genie, Slice the Broccoli in four pieces, put some curry powder inside the sweet and sour pork and top it off with some rice. Technology was fun and delicouse. I can't wait for next time.
